This is crazy. I went to see this house in Arlington. The whole house was on electric systems. It had solar panels on the roof. If you bought this house you agreed to assume the solar panels at an initial cost of 440/month. It had a 2.9 percent escalation clause per year. It's a 25 year agreement in the 25th year it was almost 900/month. The buyout is 180k the 1st year. How is this good for people? CRAZY. Good luck selling that house.
